Why Sell?? I am tiring of the bashers all over these spec plays. God people do your DD and be happy, stick with your convictions and learn how to evaluate whats in the ground from reports given ( I then deduct 30% ) I personally am underwater on this one and am ashamed to say that I entered into at a point which I knew wasnt good. So be it , lesson learned. Fact of the matter is that this play has VALUE !! I am GUESSING that this will back in the .50's in no time flat.
I have been shakin so many times by institutional money lately that I am sure to have shaking baby syndrome by the time all these things are played out.
Have fun , make some money , do your OWN DD and for gods sake invest what you can afford. A post a ways back was mentioning he had his life savings in this... ughhh .... I truly do feel sorry for him/her . THATS NUTSO THOUGH...... However I know a few which have the life savings and a MORTGAGE in EC .... so who am I to say.
