The US, $, and Mkts reak of PANIC.... They were forced to heavily intervene in the Gold cash bullion markets, again today to try to calm the general markets....it worked to a certain extent temporarily, however they cannot do this massive intervention every day, and soon enough Gold will rise above it all...Some evidence of Gold strength should/will be seen soon as Gold heads back UP by week,s end....
An awful lot of talk about Deflation/Depression....the D words...Every commodity is being hit hard, as well following Golds HIT....IMCO, Smells of Depression/Ressesion....there is NO WAY, they will allow a recession/depression to even begin....Their prefered mehtod is and has always been INFLATION....the printing of free money, for the simple reason that they can control to some extent inflation, as they have been for years, However once DEFLATION starts, it will likely be impossibe to control/deal with, because of the very many human attriibutes/conditions/mindsets/fears that necessarily eventually develop,and in the current violent world we live in , depression is the very LAST thing they would want....but they love going right to the edge of it....
SO... we will soon see in 3 to 5 months all world central banks printing their way out of this mess...some have already started...and of course as usual, Gold will lead the way also thru this INFLATION cycle...
