RE: RE: Spectacular EAG NEWS today...IMCO you haven,t got a clue of what you,re talkiing about....lol...NOT....lol...dead in the water and held downthere by Cliffs...you will never see your money back from NOT...As far as the agreements , they are NOT written in stone, THEY ARE LEGAL DOCUMENTS, and as usual can be easily amended if at all necessary...although I doubt very much this will be necessary EAG beiing in a high cash posaition as well as moneys coming i8n from PQ Govs...as well the courts will recognize legally that EAG has substanccially complied with said agreements, and any legal challenge will be moot and SWIFTLY Dismissed weith costs...whatever makes you think that NOT has even a chance in hell to own EAG....
