EAG, Gold, Geopolitics, Oil and hoards of US$... It is my considered opinion, that EAG and all other Gold stocks, will go up in a MAJOR way once the Gold Bull has returned and established itself...This does not mean that indiviual mining won't go up on 'NEWS" they release, it just means the BIG stock moves will accompany the coming Gold Bul, with the POG probably headed to $2500 for now...Of course in addition, EAG will certainly benefit greatly from the upcoming assays results, which should be very good indeed, from their current thousands of meters drill programs...
Ans so I expect Gold to move UP from here to the US Elections, and even after said elections ....some a few Iran and OIL reasons listed below...
Iran and OIL will likely dominate headlines after said elections, since a sor5t of quiet war has been ongoing between the Shiates (Iran) and the Sunnis Saudi Arabis and friends...This ia what all this Syria war is all about...Iran flexingi ts muscles, backing Assad (shia) vs Sunnis there...Iran has made several real threats vs Saudi Arabia and the US$ by preparing to attack the straights of Hormuz, and blocking all OIL going to the US$....US$ and Israel have agreed to attack Iran and Nukes, but only after said US elections..Even if Iran cannot win it woulld/could inflict MAJOR damages to S. Arabia, and also ferment revolution inS.Arabia of Oil producing regions that are dominated by Shiates, who are numerous in these regions of SA...
No question in my mind that something serious is about to happen there, after the election and from the small tidbits in the news, such as Saudi Arabia and friends have bought into GOLD. with their HUGE hoard of US$, a small amount for them, they bought into Canadian Gold co. LaMancha...could this be a sign that the Saudis will divest themselves of US$ and into Gold?...In view of problems/issues with Iran and Shiates in their lands....I am certain the US$ will not just stand by ,,,but certainly some damages will be done...all this of course will help to support Gold , and if things get real bad enough, sent it to news HIGHS????
we'll patiently wait and see what happens...but I am assured that Gold will move up frpm here to/past the election, for some of the reasons gven,,,Let,s not forget that BERNAKE WILL BE in NY this week trying to calm the markets, with his QUE3 exentsions...Got your EAG yet?
