RE: Re;Mr Nemis

RE: Re;Mr Nemis

well...I would agree with one thing you said, that is it would be a conflict of interest IF Mr. Nemis  was still on NOT BOD...however Mr. Nemis resigned from NOT, and thus there would no longer be a conflict of interest with respect to Options Agreement or potential JV....SO since there would be NO conflict of interest on Mr. Nemis's part, The question still remains....why did the AEG BOD voted him out of EAG BOD,,,I am of the view that Mr. Nemis being kept as an advisor of EAG, is basically a formality, with no official function, in part , as you point out , his role played in the advancement of the Windfall property...

I have a good memory when it comes to EAG and windfall especially, since most of NOT BOD and many pthers were hot and cold on windfall...somedays everything looked great, other days not so....There was really no commitment either way...They could not make out the Geology of Windfall, so as I said hot/cold....While I also agree that  Mr. Nemis was very helpfull in the advancement of Windfall in general, but certainly not the main thrust behing AEG..It could also be said that Freewest/Murgold played important roles in EAG/Windfall develepment , so lots of praise to spread around....One point I, would make is if NOT or any or all other participants were so convinced of the certainty of Windfall high grade Gold deposit, why then did they option it to Mr. Kitchen and EAG?.....My answer would be they were all hot and cold on WIndfall....

In my view the main thrust, and force behind EAG/Windfall High Gold Grade discovery is the Geological team Mr. Kitchen hired and put in place at EAG, who are mostly from PQ and are great strategic Geologists who were able to decipher/decode Windfall Geology, and thus develp a strategic drill program that enabled the start of and eventually outline said high grade Gold deposis at Windfall, included and heading this great Geo team is Jean-Philippe Desrochers, PhD, PGeo,,,, so Mr. Kitchen as well deserves some credit for bringing this superb Geo team into EAG, who were primarily responsible for decipher/decoding Windfall Geology, which no one previously could do...
