RE: EAG & NOT Option Conditions lol....well...Iwould not agree with your statement that none of you have done proper research...certainly does NOT include me....One factual correction I would make to your statements is that EAG has already fully earned a 75% Stake in said NOT/Windfall property, this has already been agreed to by Optionor NOT...So your statement that EAG can earn 0% is NOT accurate, since it has already earned 75%....The subject of other otion agreements with other explorers as well as additional lands at Windfall acquired by EAG, were not the subject of our discussions...Those matters are well known and decided for EAG...
I did state in my posts that EAG will be going for the 100% INT in said NOT option it is entitled to under said contract and conditions, but that some negotiations/talks are ubderway...BUT EAG is and appears from all their actions, to be going for the 100% Ownership as per said Options Agreement...The Optioner NOT would be left with 2% NSR which EAG could buy back...I suppose other arragements could be made for this 2% NSR, and I beleive that is part of their on going negotiations...I don't beleive NOT will take option 3 and keep said 25% Int ,since it would not be in their best interests,having to put up$$$ and only assured of getting back $11.9 mll from production and no further 0 NSRs...I will however refer in future be more precise in this discussion with said NOT options agreement as only relating to those claims optioned by NOT, and not the entire Windfall land claims now 100% owned by EAG...
So in part you did open up a new discussion on the end result of this Options Agreement, as it is being negotiated at this time, but any and all plausable/probable scenerios will see EAG with 100% INT in said Not/windfall claims with NOT retaining a 2% NSR...certainly in my view either way....A HUGE WIN FOR EAG which will likely hold 100% Int in all claim lands at Windfall lake....
