RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: EAG & NOT Option Conditions Tumble....we are dealing here with written legal agreements between NOT and EAG...When EAG excercised its option of 75%, it was consented by NOT...EAG has already complied with all requirements under said options agreement, and delivered said documents to NOT, and thus their 75% guaranteed INT...That statement you posted is conditional ONLY and ONLY IFR EAG does not comply with said agreement...As I said EAG has already complied, and btw EAG has till next year to comply, so EAG is very early in compliance indeed...and in no way will NOT act to deny EAG in any way...NOT has no legal grounds to act...Both sides in my view are trying very hard to work this out together, rather then forcing it.....
YES...I agree with you NOT decided long ago to give up all its interests/assets outside the ROF, in order to concentrate totally on the ROF....Time will tell whether this was a good decision or not...BTW I was a former NOT , as well as a number of ther ROF players holder, and sold out in all my ROF positions...
