EAG has already complied with all clauses of said agreement by delivering a prelim feasable study to NOt..so absolutely NO CHANCE of default here...said Feasability studied is being UPDATED as we speak and as new drill results come in....What you didn"t mention conviniently is that EAG has till April 2013 to comply with this updated study...EAG will certainly meet and surpass any and all requirements of said agreement. by said date....easily.....
SO....where does your claim for NOT's 100% buyback when EAG has already complied with delivery of feasibility study, and in addition will update it....As I said ...
NOT has 0% Change of getting 100% of EAG....
