A bonafida flow through ppinvestor who perhaps visited the site, and who perhaps even saw some core coming out of a hole, would be hard pressed to pick up 17 m shares without moving the price a lot higher.
This is what the good aspects of pps are all about, for the pp investor. It all boild down to golden rule v2.0 - 'he who has the gold makes the rules'.
As well, pp funds go to exploration etc, not to lavihness.
I would have benn happier with
.25 but times are tough for funds
Let us hope they have a very strond hand when shopping for the mine bucks which will be in the near future.
