RE: Mellow...I am not dwelling on this issue anymo It is a waste of time for everybody...you are grasping at very weak straws, thinking thhat somehow AEG will not be able to comply by 2013 which is nonsense, since NOT has agreed to turn ovver to EAG 75% INT in their optioned claims, as per agreement...so once again for the upteenth time all that is left to be determined is the remainder of or 25% of said options claims, and absolutely NOTHING MORE...my understanding of the legals of this 25% remaining is that NOT needs to decide what they are going to do either way EAG is a very strong legal position and nothing can change now that NOT has agreed with the granting of said 75% Int to EAG...In addition EAG has lots of money and can easily raise more IF needed...you can go on living in your dreamworld, I am/will look ahead as EAG decides to open pit the Gold close to surface, and use the proceeds to finance the explorations and mine ...
