if they finance here its a fait a complete that management is as guilty as the market players in driving out current shareholders out. i'd look for a consolidation in advance of such a strategy.
this company should be quickly issuing a shareholders poison pill before anything given these results.....otherwise you'll barely get your money back even at these paltry prices.
