i don't know who you mean by cashed up other than the myriad of financings....as a long time shareholderi certainly i can't recall any offering of rights, which at this point i doubt i'd participate in, where there's stink there's rot and i can't see anything but. its really odd.
i did notice noronts' nemis reappeared on the board back when, sometime after he got the boot from the ring....thats disturbing.
