Mr.Kitchen has steered the EAG ship through some turbulent waters...and eventually managed to gain 100 % of Windfall by striking a deal with Southern Arc...his tenacity in developing the Windfall claims to date has been remarkable....we can Thank him for continually working in the best interests of shareholders and now having brought us this far he has graciously stepped down in order to let a composite board of directors take the helm.
