DR. JEAN-PHILIPPE DESROCHERS, PhD
Vice President, Exploration Dr. Desrochers holds a PhD in geology from University of Montreal and has over 20 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry in Canada, Central America and South America. He has been involved with intermediate and junior mining companies with exploration projects ranging from grassroots to mine-scale, on both surface and underground. Jean-Philippe specializes in the field of structural geology applied to ore deposits in the search for Archean lode gold, volcanogenic massive sulfides, porphyry copper, skarn, and epithermal gold deposits. He worked on the Windfall Lake Gold Project as Vice-President of Exploration for Murgor Resources Inc. (MGR: TSX-V) from 2005 through to May of 2010, and joined Eagle Hill as Chief Geologist in 2010. Past experience also includes senior positions with Aur Resources and SRK Consulting.
RHYLIN BAILIE, BES

Rhylin Bailie brings a diverse skill set and more than 17 years of mining experience to her position with Eagle Hill. Rhylin manages the Communications and Investor Relations programs for a number of publicly listed companies as an employee of J Proust & Associates, a public company management and venture capital company. Currently she is Vice President, Communications & Investor Relations for Southern Arc Minerals, a gold exploration company, and for New Zealand Energy, an oil and gas exploration and production company. Before joining J. Proust & Associates, Rhylin was Director Communications & Investor Relations from 2006 to 2011 for NovaGold Resources, a TSX and NYSE-AMEX listed precious metals company. From 1995 to 2006 Rhylin held various positions in the Treasury group at Placer Dome. Rhylin is a graduate of University of Waterloo, Ontario, where she completed a Bachelor of Environmental Studies degree with a double major in Resource Studies and Biology and a minor in English. Ms. Bailie used her environmental background to introduce a number of initiatives at NovaGold, including a head office health and safety program and comprehensive sustainability reporting. She is a Board member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute, British Columbia Chapter.

Celeste Curran manages the Canadian and international legal affairs of a number of public and private companies as an employee of J Proust & Associates, a public company management and venture capital company. Currently Celeste is Vice President, Corporate & Legal Affairs for Southern Arc Minerals and New Zealand Energy. Celeste has more than 20 years of experience as a major projects lawyer in British Columbia. From 1998 to 2007, she was lead counsel for the City of Vancouver for the 2010 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. From 2007 to 2010, she provided legal advice to the City of Richmond on the 2010 Winter Games and a wide variety of municipal, real estate and regulatory matters. She is a graduate of Queens University, Ontario, where she completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree and a graduate of the University of Victoria, British Columbia, where she completed a Bachelor of Laws degree. Celeste was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1989 and is currently a non-practising member of the British Columbia Law Society.

Eileen worked in the capital markets in Asia for more than 15 years, beginning her career at an international brokerage firm before moving on to regional Asian firms. She is currently the Corporate Secretary of Canada Energy Partners, Southern Arc Minerals, New Zealand Energy, and Superior Mining International, all TSX-V listed companies. Eileen is also a Director of Bryant Resources and Charlotte Resources, both Canadian National Stock Exchange listed companies. She was formerly a Director of Avanti Mining and Corporate Secretary of Western Lithium Canada (subsequently graduated to Toronto Stock Exchange) and Western Uranium, all TSX-V listed companies. Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Acadia University
