Don't understand all your post. For your info, I did notice about the percentage in ownership. Was just mentionning that even though news were excellent, the environment is difficult. I do think it might take 12, 18 even 24 months before we see any significant upside in the share price. In the mean time, their is a rebound in larger cap stock.
