Not sure where those figures are you quoted but here are the ones from GBB latest presentation: Capex $6.7mil, after tax IRR of 136% and a payback period of 8 months. Gold price assumed to be $1,400 CDN. If Temex drop out, the remaining parties could find a replacement IMO.
