Dundee/SA/ Drilling

I wonder how anyone expects that we will have a decent sized drill program without financing!...Sure Dundee and SA are getting shares with warrants(and anyone else participating in a PP)...because they are the ones doing the Majority of the Financing to keep the drills turning to prove up the High Grade Windfall Resources...the warrants are extra incentive/bonus for the Millions of dollars they are investing to bring this deposit to production....does the retail investor have the $$$$$$$$$ to support the continued exploration/drilling and expansion of this deposit...NO... we buy shares and wait to profit from the efforts of the Financial backers..and if we dont like the way things are going we sell out and move on to something else.....Their $$$$$$$$ is committed and so are they !!!!!

Yet again you are totally missing the point people are making Max. No one is saying we don't need financing. What we are saying is that the financing is being done too cheaply i.e. BELOW the current market rate and with cheap warrants attached. This dilutes the value of the current shareholders MORE than it should do. Look at the value of your investment now, compared to 2 days ago. Now ask ...more

No ...i am not missing the point at all ! the reason the share price has dropped the last 2 days is because Cannacord and Anonymous have been selling in order to buy into the PP ..the reason the PP has been revised is in order to RAISE  AS MUCH MONEY as possible in order to Finance a Decent Drlling program and follow the recommendations of SRK going into the PREPRODUCTION  phase of the ...more

by the way,,,,,the revised PP  has now given "interested investors" the opportunity to invest $1.5 M at the same terms as Dundee and SA ! ..in case you hadn't noticed !! ....MaxT

It's still dilution at a price lower than what the market rate was. Also a free bet as to whether the stock rises above 8 cents. Remember that wall we had at 9c and the share price refused to go above it. Now we have a wall at 6c, 7c, 8c, because anyone who buys in the current PP can sell at a profit starting at 5.5c, they still have the free bet from 8c upwards.

Tom..you got "blinders on" ....you cant see the forest for the trees...probably Holding at a higher sp and cant add to your position..while guys like "frankman" who i suspect has deep pockets and a long timeline  are filling their trucks up at these lower prices..i can understand your frustration..Patience pal !!....there will always be traders putting up walls and buying ...more

The only person with blinders on is you. I notice that you could not argue against the 3 points I made. You are the one who cannot see what is happening right in front of your eyes.

whatever Tom lol....not here to argue..especially with some one who has "tunnel vision"..just stating my point of view..which i already did regarding your 3 points before you even posted them.....the recent sell off was so that the sellers could buy back into the PP....it was originally at .07 but revised to add another $1.5 million to the Financing and give retails investors a chance to ...more

We all noticed. If it would be and "opportunity", it would be oversubscribe at a higher price. They could have raise money using other way instead of diluting and issuing (again) warrants that will keep pressure on SP. Issuing paper is deflationary.

Three points that you still can't grasp: 1) the share price has fallen because the placement is being done at a price lower than the market price, this is why 2.2 mil shares were promptly dumped 2) you do not ''raise as much money as possible'' when you do a PP at a rate below the current market rate 3) if the share price rises to say 15c in the next 2 years, then dilution will ...more
