By lowering the share price in the financing they scared people of. they were telling people there was not value in the ground. if they had raised the share price in the financing that would have sent the message this has alot of value. But the people in control wanted cheap shares .very short sighted and no way to raise money. one third the shares at fifteen cents would have sold out in days.People pay a lot for caviar not fish eggs.
