$700k working capital left as of MD&A financing due
PEA won't matter as with like any other news it will be a sell on news. Here comes the free warrants, with the financing.
"At the date of this MD&A, the Company had working capital of approximately $700,000."

If EAG can't raise the funds they can always sell this for pieces like Southern Arc is/has their projects. Summer doldrums approaching and I anticipate market players will start moving to the side lines in cash. Market is already down shifting.
