Southern Arc with $219k cash left looks essentially bankrupt

Cash $219,78 as of the end of March. I think Dundee will look at Eagle as at least a partial  tax loss writedown as well

Umm it's on SEDAR June 1st interim. $219k cash left end of March for Southern Arc. Looks like without another financing it is out of cash, which means heading for at least a possible downlisting to the NEX.
