Wonder who did the private placement?

They must not be happy. Also noticed they gave shares for debt . More board members joined . How many cheap options did they get ? Correct me if I am wrong . IPO was 15c ? So this was a shell? So it could be 30m 50m 2c 5c 10c paper coming out . Thier outstanding shares keeps increasing it seems monthly. Not alot of money in the treasuery. I am not bashing just telling it as I see it . Waiting to pull the gun on this . But to many unknown questions .
