So the float is much smaller. Considering the selling happening there is a lot of buying at these levels. 15 cents pp and not many want to sell under. The last run to 38 cents a few Months ago puts the average new buyer in the flow 20' s. Know doubt people are averaging down. News keeps coming, which means operations are going. At least EAST is not quite.
