Consider this
Broker A makes a deal with Broker B to do a share exchange using the open market.
Broker A puts up ASKS in large blocks in the hopes of shaking loose some extra shares from sheeple which Broker B will scoop up because they want more than just what Broker A has to offer besides the agreed blocks as they come up for sale... when it's not working as well as they hoped for they raise the ante. They do it all under the cover of anonymous. All in a days work. Love a broker nobody else does.
Sounds to me with all the accumulation taking place today that EC is going to run hard when it gets the permit.
