RE:Wont moveBecause it's a micro cap REIT.  The 4% bonus for reinvesting the dividend could get you an annual return of 13% if you waited long enough to collect a dividend.  This is stable - its Alberta portfolio is mostly occupied by a business owned by OMERs, it has a low payout ratio and is managing to grow without massive dilution, so is well managed.  All that said, it has a NAV/book value of maybe $2.30 a unit and REITs rarely if ever trade to NAV.  If you want upside, go to stocks.  This is going to sit in my income account for years.
