EDM Resources Inc. is a Canadian exploration and mining company that has full ownership of the Scotia Mine and related facilities near Halifax, Nova Scotia. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, it also holds several prospective exploration licenses near its Scotia Mine and in the surrounding regions of Nova Scotia. The properties are comprised of exploration licenses and a mineral property lease that provides for zinc and lead exploration and development. The Scotia Mine is located approximately 62 kilometers (km) northeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia, in the Halifax Regional Municipality. The Project consists of about 648 hectares (ha) of mineral rights in the form of three contiguous mineral leases. It also holds five exploration licenses covering 41 claims in the immediate vicinity of the Scotia Mine Deposit. Its Eastville Prospect is an undeveloped zinc-lead exploration prospect. Its Carrolls Farm and Carrolls Corner Prospects are hosted within the Gays River Formation.

RE: Question for the board...How much of the proven up deposit is each share carrying. You point is too much so lets see. It's too bad that such a simplistic model has no bearing what so ever on the shareprice. How is a company with no cash going to take that contained metal out of the ground? How fast can the metal be extracted (production rate)? How many of those billions of lbs are actually mineable? For that matter where is the money for the infill drilling going to come from? The funny part of all this is that you accuse JB of being repetative (with merit perhaps) but you repeat yourself on a pretty constant basis (blah blah bah pounds in the ground, pounds in the ground). Besides the question of how the company is going to raise the funds it needs going forward is a very important question and one that is weighing down the SP. Your denial of the effects of excessive dilution points to you either being very simple or a paid pumper. Personally, I don't think you're stupid so I'll go with the later.
