Conspiracy theories - LOLWell, it's been quite a month here on the BB as folks try to explain the continued downward spiral in the share performance. If it wasn't the weakness in the Zinc price it was the strength of the Canadian dollar. It's been blamed on the failure of Galore Creek and my favourite, the sister actions of short sellers. (I'm still not sure how they think you can short a venture penny stock).
Here's a thought and it's not even my own. To quote Peter Grandich;

Bad management can turn a good project bad, good management can find a way to make a project work… or find another.”
But perhaps I am wrong to dismiss HM's abilities. Afterall Selwyn is a fantastic deposit, maybe the largest in the world. It takes a special brand of incompentance to take a quality deposit and screw it up so badly for shareholders and to do it twice in less than five years is truely special.
