RE: Go where the Huckleberries are

RE: Go where the Huckleberries areSomeone was critical of the trip to China that Dr. Meade is making to secure financing. That someone was blasting him for leaving North America because he could not secure money for his projects here in N.A. Well the answer to that is explained by the advice given by the Senior politician who is on a plane from D.C back to Boston with the eager junior politician. It goes like this. *My gramma said to me"if you are going to pick Hucleberries you gotta go where the Huckleberries grow". In other words, go where the money is. *From the book Bridging the Divide,My Life by Senator Edward Brooke. Best, onehafnorse. I assume you are referring to me. If so then I'd point out that I never said going afield to secure investing was a bad idea. If the story that has been making rounds is correct then his trip has nothing to do with SWN as the reason being given for the trip to secure financing for YZC's Wolverine deposit. Which illustrates one of the drawbacks of having a CEO running 2 companies. Wouldn't it be better for SWN and for YZC to have a CEO dedicated to their own seperate interests? As many have stated on this board, the Selwyn deposit is massive and the development of it is going to be a huge project. Surely the oversight of such a project warrants more than a part time job at the CEO level? Cute story about huckleberries but hardly relavent. First off you are assuming that there is no capitol (huckleberries) in N. America which is riduculous. What has happend is that the 'huckleberry farmers' here have suffered enough crop damage from him and have 'kicked him off the farm'. Now he has to go further a field late in the season to beg for 'huckleberries' from a farmer he told to get lost earlier. Those are going to be some pretty expensive 'huckleberries'.
