RE: Market cap of $27,310,064MA: Or is everyone just watching them drill while waiting for SWN to bleed itself completely dry?
Maybe closer to the truth than you may relise. It'll be interesting to watch YZC. If Harlan came back from Asia empty handed and/or is not able to find some financing for the Wolverine project pretty soon his rep is going to be completely shot and there will be "collateral damage" to SWN.
MA: I don't envy Harlan having to talk to a bunch of angry shareholders at the Vancouver conference next week. Like I said earlier, saying, "The markets are tough for everyone right now..." just isn't going to cut it.
Why wouldn't it cut it? It has for the last year and a half or so. There is a seasonal cycle in excuses with this company. We are currently in the "The markets are tough for everyone" cycle. To be followed by the "Artemus, Kruzer ect. are bashing the stock to accumulate cheap shares" cycle. Which will then lead us right into the June to Decemeber "Oh it's just tax loss selling" cycle.
Today's share price action is a wierd coincidence considering an ominous comment I heard from someone who has first hand knowledge of both the Selwyn Project and the Wolverine Project. It'll be interesting to see if there's any news in the new few weeks.
