FNC properties

As a long time investor in FNC....and for those new to FNC...wondering what FNC brings to the table....look at these two properties, which I think will bring lots of value going forward

1) Ring of Fire property
2) Lamelee property

If you do some DD, you will find that at times FNC's share price was much higher than it is today, mainly due to the above mentioned two properties.

We are doomed..the fnc guy has ruined our chances..never let these kind of people run mining..better off in Bollywood.

That was yesterday, today the market is paying less than nothing for these properties because they have nothing on them that is even close to being economic.  The market, prior to the merger proposal was valuing FNC's shares at a 33% discount to their cash and marketable securities.  If these properties were so good, why would that be the case.  The only reason I can think of is ...more

Here is why you are losing your shirt by being a long term shareholder of FNC.  In early 2008, the shares hit a high of $3.15.  At that time there were about 7.4 million shares outstanding.  Today, there are 166 million shares outstanding (fully diluted 180 million) and the shares are trading at $010.  Almost the same market capitalization but 1/30th the stock price.   ...more

Why on earth would anyone put one cent into a management team, board, like SZM that is so boldly ripping off the shareholders of FNC? Because they can, legally, is the rationale? If the project is so great, raise your own money instead of stealing it from FNC. This is a classic case of I'm going to take your money and my great ideas and turn them into my money and you'll have no idea how ...more
