Benchmark TC's

Teck and Korea Zinc have settled benchmark TC's at $159/tonne of zinc concentrate, down from $300/tonne. Very bullish for SZM and FNC as the feasibility study was based on TC's of $250/tonne. The lower TC's will result in annual cost savings of about US$ 3 million per year or approximately $0.09/lb of payable zinc. Spot TC's are currently in a range of $60 to 80/tonne.
