However, it is not difficult to do. Go to the site and type in p.3595 in the "search for" box in the upper left corner. Then click the "search" button and a list of hits will come up. Scroll down the list until you see "P3595.pdf" and click on the link. A document file will appear in the right column. You have to scroll down to the bottom and click accept. The map may take a while to download depending on your server etc., but it will appear. The map can then be viewed, saved or printed. although on an 8 by 11 page you will not see much detail.
