Other variables would be the 'type' of deposit -Ie: open pit or mined thus cost(s) variables -
Finally, the $40. is the unknown as this would depend on consistency of deposits over true width.
Bottom line: anything around 250,000 tonnes at $40. average is a HUGE start to a real mine.
