Trading shut down by the exchange "pending contact with the company". Sounds like the TSX has some issues with their news release. It occurred to me that they can't hold the meeting to approve the arrangement outside the country. Also I'm surprised that the purchase of the companies owned by the two controlling shareholders can proceed without an independent evaluation.
