Why don't you tell us what the "required" neighborhood is and what evidence, if any, you have of the company manipulating the stock price.
When you accuse the company of actually breaking the Securities regulations, it would be nice to see some sort of evidence if you want people to believe you are not just slandering them because you have nothing better to do with your time.
