Because someone doesn't answer your questions, they are evasive? Perhaps they are just trying to get you to do your own Due Diligence by not doing it for you.
You make the same unsubstantiated fact-challenged charges, over and over, saying nasty things about the people at GWR without substantiation, and seem to expect that other people will take you seriously.
You apparently don't believe in your own views enough to short the stock, if you really have no position. If you won't bet on your own convictions, why would anyone give your views credence?
Have you ever sought out answers to your questions instead of just asking them? Lack of facts prove nothing. If you have charges, let's see something other than unsubstantiated crap straight out of the basher's handbook.
BTW, if you think that Mr. Bay selling those few shares is significant, you should be working a second job to earn some money instead of wasting your time posting on a message board of a company you do not own. The Directors only get minimal compensation, paid in shares, and they each have quite a few shares in their portfolios. If they were paid in cash and paid excessively, I would be upset that they are selling shares. But Mr. Bay works for a living and, in addition, spends considerable time on GWR business. I don't think the average shareholder begrudges him turning a few shares now and again into spending money. And I didn't notice any wave of selling in response to his actions.
Please, short a few hundred thousand shares and show us you believe yourself. I will be watching Level 2, looking for the offer. What broker do you use (you do have a broker, right?).
