Although you are noble in intent, yours is a task impossible to accomplish, as none are so blind than they who will not see.
You and I both have known for a long time that this play is worthless. Some....what is it now....nearly 20 years on the same land and still nothing to show for it? The boys must be nearing retirement age and wanting out soon.
Good luck with your continued quest here, and although I might question why you waste your time so, I also know that the fundamental reason is that you are also tired of these so called "management teams" who do nothing but look after their own pockets to the detriment of their shareholders, so I'll applaud you for your persistence once again.
