Old directors / President kicked out
Looks like the old director / president sold some shares today!
LAC LA HACHE, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- GWR Resources Inc. (the "Company" or "GWR") (TSX Venture:
GWQ) announces the following changes to corporate structure:
Effective July 30, 2014: R.H. McMillan resigned as Director of the Company
Effective July 31, 2014: John van Driesum ceased to be President and CEO
Effective August 4, 2014: John van Driesum resigned as Director of the Company
GWR Resources Inc. continues under the directorship of John Brown (Chairman of the Board, Director),
Dale Reimer (Director) and Robert Shives (Director, VP Exploration). The Board of Directors thanks Mr.
McMillan for his valuable, experienced technical input during the past year. The Board wishes Mr. van
Driesum well in his future endeavours.
The above changes are independent of exploration potential of the Lac La Hache Copper-Gold-Porphyry
Project, enhanced through recent new “data mining” leading to development of new targets based on a
completely revised exploration strategy. The Board of Directors is committed to rebuilding our
corporate structure and is seeking suitable candidates, to support future exploration at Lac La Hache
and potentially new projects.
