The inclusion of the pie charts from a report was probably a bad idea, since it was clearly produced with erroneous headings to begin with. I'm guessing that the first pie chart should be 2000 instead of 2006, but could be some other year. Or maybe the second chart is supposed to be 2010..... The probable source of the pie charts is below and some other images, but they may be from some earlier generation report.
