RE:Would those kind enough, please give their...ok.. i guess i may as well weigh in on this one too...(fwiw i have not posted on SH for many years but do read some threads from time to time).
Anyways, sure,, it is possible for a RS to happen at some point (just as it is for any company). However,, the number of OS shares that are shown (151MM) does not necessarily mean that it is an excessive number.
By doing some DD you ought to be able to find out how many of the OS shares are available for trading (ie: what is in the public float?)
Then-- conisder the exchange listings that the company has... the Frankfurt, the OTCQB (usa) and the TSXV so that means that the shares can be bought up by a wide audience.
If the company continues to develop projects in Europe and the USA i(which is their primary focus at this time), and interest in the stock grows there, then it can easily be that a demand from either one of, or both of those foreign exchanges will drive the stock up. Personally, i do not see there being any problem for these markets to absorb the shares.
Also.. as has been pointed out,, a share buy-back is also an option (probably unlikely but who knows!), if it came to the company wanting to reduce the OS.

If this was a company that was promoting some massive new gold find somewhere in the jungles of Borneo and promising untold wealth and issuing shares like crazy... yeah!.. i'd be nervous about a RS too!!!  (actually i would not be here)
The point is-- i'm not worried about it at this time (and provided some reasons as to why i'm not).. but let each do their own DD and make their own decisions... In the meantime, i'll just sit back and watch the action over the course of the coming months.
