RE:Glad they have the other products this one is broken yes.. please stop obsessing about the frikkin blog and just leave it be.. call the company and raise your complanit with them,,jason or whoever,, did you ever even call them?
I never called them about it because i don't care a single iota about it.. but if it means so mo much to you then please take your issue up with management and stop ranting on this board..
