Itochu has made a deal or call it a strategic investment with Eguana to get the control technology liscensing as well as the sales team,installer relationship US,servicing of BESS and technology personnel.
ITOCHU already has a sizeable position in Eguana and the 33,000,000 $$$ advance pays for another BIG chunk at a set price per share.
Eguana has/had to get some housekeeping done as well as other menial chores.
Clean up balance sheet.
Move all production to US.
Production training as well as quality verification systems in place to accredit their products for grid feed in.
Liscensing of new design products for Duracell as well as whites.
Japan will manufacture for other parts of the world.
Set up much better material acquisition for increased production.
Power X (Itochu Freyr) will look after battery portion of system with 24M.
Armslenght relation with Freyr due to Itochu.
AI technology for all system feed in feed out info online $$$ pay for use.
Constant expansion of multi relationship building on a go forward basis.
