EGT Needs to disappear !
Eguana needs to disappear completely.
Itochu needs to or should use the $40,000,000.00 depth to leverage shares in a new entity encompassing DPC,tying in all the partnerships ( Freyr & 24M ) to date with Berkshire Hathaway financings for the NA market.
It would have been done sooner but the Solar World collapsed.
Time will work it out.
As long as Eguana has this big depth with Itochu it will live on, limping badly, but live on.
Itochu does Eguana defibrillator visits regularly.
Unfortunately JH still has a pulse, well sort of !
