RE:RE:WHEN AND WHO ON THE BOARD KNOWS WHEN .....

RE:RE:WHEN AND WHO ON THE BOARD KNOWS WHEN .....Pbay is likely pretty close. Once laws enter the assembly, they take close to 3 months, or so I have found. The first round of debate was the end of December, there is a 2nd, 3rd and final so end of Feb to March is likely. I will follow them and post when they come up.

On another note. The laws are made and have been approved by the assembly but are in a debate period which most laws that have gotten this far, or so I find, have been passed. As Glenn has not delayed the PEA until the new laws are set, I believe EGX will "Hedge" the PEA to reflect the new tax laws and not the old laws. This just protects the company from lose. This is often done by using higher figures such as Gold prices. They can base it on a realisitc gold price like $1200 - $1250.
I firmly believe that if the old laws were to be used, the PEA would have been pushed back until then, but as hedging is done very often, this is likely what the PEA will reflect. IMO
