RE:that's real factsPlease explain where the compayn would have gotten more funds to continue operating? Also where is this 1 Billion dollar offer. I would think Glenn would have taken 1Billion in a heart beat. 

Are you going to lend the company $400K of you own money? ...Didn't think so.

At this point even if we get 0.40 cents a shares... thats a 4-10 bagger for most of us. So quit whining, otherwise sell your shares into the bid and move on. Its posters like you who have ruined this website.
