Looks like EGX is trying to raise salary cost from would be new debanture buyers (not sure who will buy, knowing that principle amount may never come out) as they alone don't want to take all the burden and trying to fund their salary at someone else's cost. And if they don't deliver quickly, chances of selling company will be very less as nobody will buy the debt.
