RE:RE:Ecuador Gold sued by U.K. lender
Not sure how they will settle this if they lose? Will issue more debentures? OMG, they don't have much choice here but quickly deliver & sell the company as they can't survive with borrowed money for ever. Also they are extending maturity date of existing debentures & issuing new ones but the question is how long they will keep doing this & cover their operating cost? Currently they are sick but December will be their last mont as they will have to repay the principal amount & not sure from where they will get money? And at that time they will not be able to raise any more money. In fact I have serious doubt that if they will be able to raise money this time also.
