The Ministry of Coordination of the Strategic Sectors said in a press release that the different private and public mining institutions in the South American country would present, from March 1-4 in Toronto, their respective project files. The objective is to promote projects and attract investments, and show Ecuador's potential in the management of its natural resources, especially in the richness of its geological elements, the text announced, quoting Minister Rafael Poveda. According to the source, the Andean nation has competitive advantages that make it attractive to investments in the sector, and in that regard, he highlighted that there are eight public and 11 private projects, besides 25 mining blocs to sell at auction.
