EGX (january 18 on Sedar)
Did anyone see the January 18, post on Sedar from EGX? What is this meeting about? Are all the shareholders allowed to vote?

Energy, It looks like it could be the Annual Meeting. It does say vote date of February 1st... If there is a vote, you can certainly vote. Keep in mind that Michel Deller owns about 65% of the oustanding shares so what he votes on goes as long as 2/3rds of the board agrees and passes his majority vote. B
