This news disgusts me. I can't believe they are consolidating after all this time. All of our patience has been for nothing, and all the big talk about having deep pockets really means nothing. Not pleased at all...

Unfortunately they have never told us what they are doing & what's their plans moving forward. They are only busy raising money & not doing real work. I am wondering how long they will afford to pay their board members and staff? The way they are doing their business, it will not take long for bankruptcy. Good thing is majority shareholder is aura but personally i don't have much

My take?...  Im not surprised here at all !!  For me... My interest here lies with selling the company and it has been since day one. Anyone here to make a flip are pretty out of luck...  When it takes place, we might see a slide back to .12-.13 but should stay healthy around .15 and climb as we get more investors.  When we start drilling again we will see more movement and

And for those thinking that selling and cutting their losses is a good idea.... we can take advantage of the 10:1 by going to .25 instead of selling a huge loss and everyone sits at .10-15. We buy more now and we get to .30... .40... .50..    etc...    In the long run, lower shares will equate to more money. If it wasnt the right thing to do, DELLER, who is a multi millionaire
