Lawsuit announcement coming??Unsubstantiated rumor is that Babylee and EKD have settled their lawsuit with EKD paying all legal costs and giving Babylee a seat on the board. Another rumor is that this move started paying off almost immediately as Babylee discovered that the fax machine had been switched off during office hours for about 8 months. Hey, it could have happened to anyone, lots of management types confuse the light switch and the fax machine switch. Also likely no truth to the rumors that Murphy may step down as CEO to take up a new position as company jester. Probably a joke, he has given shareholders nothing to smile about for a very long time.
